If you’ve reached the maximum number allowed by your current plan and you attempt to add additional associates to your account, you’ll receive a notification to upgrade your service to the next tier.
You may add sales associates, departments, branches, and franchise locations to your organization’s MergeIn account.
Once you exceed 25 associates (the maximum number allowed by our tiered accounts), you may add additional users for $5/month per associate, or opt to connect with one of our representatives for a custom Enterprise account quote.
We provide a 50% discount for businesses who purchase an annual membership to MergeIn up-front.

We provide 100% refunds on annual subscriptions only. Refund requests must be submitted within the first six months of membership, and will not be issued after the six-month mark.
MergeIn is a month-to-month service.
You may cancel at any time. Refunds will only be provided to annual membership purchasers who submit cancellation requests prior to the six-month mark of their purchase.
